Is ANPR the same as a normal camera that captures plates sometimes?
No — and that's exactly why the Entry Guard Pro exists. A standard camera might occasionally capture a readable plate in good conditions. A dedicated ANPR camera is specifically engineered to capture plates reliably, day and night, at speed.
What's included in the $22/month monthly reporting plan?
The plan provides a breakdown of every entry event — including plate number, time and date stamp, and vehicle image, with the ability to name vehicles. This gives you a documented record of all property entries and exits.
What does the second (side) camera do?
The ANPR camera is focused on the entry point to capture plates. The second side camera gives you a wider general view of activity around the entry — capturing who's in the vehicle, what's being towed, and other contextual detail the ANPR camera doesn't cover.
When would I choose the Starlink option over 4G?
The Starlink option is ideal if your entry is in a location with poor or no 4G mobile coverage.
